For 50 years, I have helped individuals and couples find more pleasure in life through creating satisfying relationships and meaningful work. Therapy at its best is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I have expertise in couple therapy, family therapy (including parental estrangement) and psychotherapy. I practice trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR and other trauma-clearing techniques. I incorporate yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, visualization and other mind/body techniques. I customize my approach to the unique needs of each client. My work is informed by my own healing journey.
I’m an integrative therapist and offer Bowen family systems, intergenerational trauma, EFT (emotionally-focused therapy), psychodynamics, and energy psychology to improve the overall health of my clients. I enjoy helping individuals and couples improve their relationships and incorporate techniques to enhance communication and connection, love and joy.
