Holistic Women's Group
**Starting on Friday, May 2nd** This in person group is for women looking to build community and foster a deep connection with self and others. As a collective, we will practice mindfulness based techniques, process feelings, experience creative ways to cope with life’s challenges, support one another from a place of curiosity and compassion, and lean into more joy and playfulness. We'll explore topics such as healthy boundary setting, self-care, and relationship issues, and consider their impact. I am able to accept some insurances. Feel free to inquire.
