Through our work together you’ll increase your ability to identify triggers and find ways to cope and change. You will also experience improvements in the way you communicate your needs and set boundaries.

I’ve assisted couples and families to work through their main communication issues, deescalate conflict, self regulate their emotions and increase connection.
