I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking a healthier life. I have extensive experience treating a variety of issues and diagnoses, including depression and anxiety, women’s issues, family issues, addiction, and life transitions. I completed my master’s degree at Loma Linda University and am licensed in both California and Tennessee.

I bring an energetic and flexible approach to my work with clients, while also offering a supportive, empathic, and safe space to process concerns. I appreciate the whole person and utilize cognitive-behavioral and person-centered techniques in my approach to therapy.
