I graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a B.SC in Psychology. In 2011, I graduated from Argosy University with Masters in Counseling. I've over 10 years of experience specializing with individuals, couples & families. I've worked with people of all ages dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, life transition or an addiction.
