I help those who are feeling stuck, trapped, confused & need help making sense of everything that is going on so that they can put it into words and grow. My therapy is a safe space for those who need support. My practice is trauma informed and non judgemental. My practice is also anti racist, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ competent, and gender affirming. I work with artists, college students, mothers, sex workers, nuerodivergent idividuals, queer and trans community, & people who struggle with anxiety & trauma. I also offer gender affirming surgery letters.

There are many things in life that we cannot control, but wellness lies in how we react to our emotions and the difficult situations we encounter. I work with clients to separate the uncontrollable from the controllable, and provide them with the tools to sit in the discomfort of challenging emotions. I aim to provide a safe space in which clients feel comfortable enough to make changes in their lives for the better. I have worked with clients of all ages, but have the most experience working with neurodivergent trans adolescents struggling with anxiety and mood disorders as well as navigating their gender expression and identity.

I am a therapist who is passionate about working with clients who are often seen outside the “typical,” including transgender, gender expansive, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals. Alex received their Bachelor of Social Work degree from La Salle University in 2022 and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at La Salle. Hello! My name is Lee Freed and my pronouns are they/them/theirs. I am a licensed professional counselor and I specialize in working with youth, typically ages 11-20. I specialize in working with youth who have experienced grief/loss as well as youth exploring LGBTQAI+ identities. I have experience and competence in supporting folks with mood concerns, self-harm, self-esteem concerns, relationship concerns, and youth who are adjusting to changes in their lives or trauma. I am very passionate about working with children and adolescents who are questioning/embracing their gender and/or sexuality.
