Life is hard enough, counseling shouldn't be! I provide warm, supportive counseling to people of all ages, both in-person and virtually. Sessions with me are peaceful and nurturing, giving you the time and space to really relax and get in touch with your natural healing capacity. I specialize in families with children under 10, including preschool and younger, offering a variety of play and art activities that help reduce stress and improve coping skills. I actively involve caregivers during sessions and with bonding activities for home.

I enjoy working with adults, teens, people who have experienced trauma, LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse people, artists, and those who seek a perspective of body-liberation. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and compassionate space to explore their unique experiences, stories, and challenges. I seek to understand the complex intersections of identity and how they impact mental health and well-being. My goal is to help clients develop the tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive. Have you ever felt outcast from those around you, or less than others based on the intersectionality of your identities and how you present yourself? You may feel that nobody will understand that coming out later in life is possible- you are not alone. As a non-binary, pan, ace, neurodivergent and disabled therapist, I have lived experience with where you are right now. When you come to see me, you will be met with non-judgment, empathy, connection, and compassion. You are always welcome to come as you are. Outside the therapy room I love nature, dance, and fostering animals!
