I offer an affirming and anti-oppressive space for you to explore who you are, what you’ve been through, how those experiences have shaped you, and how you’d like to shape your future. Everything is connected: symptoms such as anxiety and depression are often related to relationship and resource issues, which connect to things like identity, neurotype, or environment. I work with teens and adults struggling with multiple concerns within themselves, their relationships, and their communities.

A combination of personal life experiences as a LGBTQ member coupled with decades of professional trainings and educational opportunities over the past 20 plus years of working in the mental health and substance abuse fields, I have developed a large and diverse toolbox of treatment strategies and interventions to support you in achieving your desired self-empowered state of being.
