There are many types of relationships: romantic, friends, family, and your relationship to yourself. Are you struggling to navigate any of these? My practice centers on helping people who feel stuck, whether they have been in therapy before, or are seeking it for the first time. I have a background in neurobiology, and understand that change is always possible. I focus on working with adults across the lifespan, specializing in the LGBTQIA+ community and non-monogamous folks.

I use a variety of techniques that are both collaborative and strengths-based and draw from social justice and equity work. I don’t just look at you as the individual but also how your surrounding environment impacts you. My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I want to offer you a safe space to heal and grow. It would be an honor to work with you on your life journey. You are the expert and I am here to support you on that journey.

We tend to work with people who have tried many different therapies which failed to adequately improve their brain-related challenges or the benefits of such therapies have plateaued. Thus, this means our clients tend to have fairly complex symptomologies and diagnoses, sometimes they don't even have formal diagnoses due to the unique mixof symptoms. Maybe the client has physical symptoms that their physician cannot explain and possibly says is psychosomatic or due to a history of complex trauma. We also work with children for both neurofeedback and neurobehavioral counseling, which is behavioral counseling based on neurobiology.
