Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and gender non-conforming. My passion is helping adults, teens and children to improve life by healing trauma, depression, and anxiety. Often my clients are transgender or have another LGBTQIA+ identity. We strive to create a welcoming, safe, affirming place to do the hard work so that all folx can live a more authentic life, improve relationships, heal trauma, and cope with stress better.

Inner Life Adventures, LLC provides licensed psychotherapy to individuals, families, and relationships of all genders age 13 and up. We are working to enhance the mental well being of kids, adults, families, and couples in our community through a combination of evidence based practices, cutting edge innovative treatments, and creative outside the box programs indoors and outside. In our ever changing times, we are challenged to provide healing services outside the traditional models. We partner with the abundance of outdoor opportunities Reconnecting to Our Nature, LLC provides including coaching, retreats, and educational programs.

My ideal client comes to therapy seeking a space of understanding and acceptance, where all parts of their identity are embraced. They might be grappling with issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation, spirituality, or navigating neurodivergence in a world that often misunderstands them. Their challenges could range from dealing with the aftermath of religious trauma, seeking balance in their mental health, to finding harmony within the intersectionality of their identity and personal experiences. I also work with disordered eating, relationship to food and body, as well as body and muscle dysmorphia.

What if we as people (and all of our parts) are intrinsically good? What if even our suffering has something kind and wise that it’s trying to say, and all we have to do is listen? With this notion that we could “become friends” with the pain in our hearts and minds and access this intrinsic goodness, I aim to empower my clients to embrace their tenderness and to discover the beauty and brilliance of their authentic selves.
