Often, we actually need relationships and community to get us through our toughest challenges. My primary approach is somatic - engaging the whole person by including the body. You’ll become an expert of your own nervous system. And by getting in touch with underlying feelings and sensations, allow stuck material to move through.

I won’t do anything that I think I should do. Do you also have mountains of shoulds? How exhausting and overwhelming it is to never measure up to our own or others’ expectations. Let me help you find your pathway out of this continual self haranguing and self sabotaging. I have a passion for supporting partners, families, and individuals in the queer community and who identify as neurodivergent. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I understand the unique challenges and triumphs that come with navigating experiences and relationships from these lived experiences. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where all expressions of love and identity are celebrated and to support clients in being their authentic self, embrace their identities, and build healthy relationships.

Queer Asterisk is a queer and trans-led 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization in Colorado. We provide outpatient individual, relational, family and group counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and relationships of all configurations. Our diverse team of compassionate, affirming mental health providers and graduate-level clinical interns create safer therapeutic spaces for clients to heal and grow. We also offer gender awareness and responsiveness trainings for other organizations and healthcare providers, including hospitals, schools and treatment centers.
