I've been told many times that people can open up with me in ways that they haven't ever been able to before; also, that I have a calming effect, and that I've helped many people majorly transform their life. I'm happy to support you, too.
My passions are supporting people with relationships and sexuality, calming the nervous system, and helping people communicate. I also love to support people with quieting the mind and connecting with the body, as well as with releasing guilt and shame. I support with issues specific to women, to men, to LGBTQ+ clients, and issues common to everyone.
