I am a licensed and credentialed therapist in New York and New Jersey providing coaching and consulting to individuals, couples, parents and families. People seek me out to assist them in working through relationship issues, life changes, or other difficulties which they recognize need resolution. I am a staunch motivator and cheerleader who believes in each individual's capacity to change and grow. I am an ally and confidante who will actively listen and provide honest and helpful feedback. Together we will problem solve, celebrate your success and instill hope. I am available and responsive as individual needs occur.
In addition to my twenty plus years of direct clinical practice, I also provide interventions for individuals in need of mental health and/or addiction treatment. In 2005 I earned my MBA to help me better assist individuals faced with occupational and career related issues.
I understand that life's issues occur outside the parameters of the office setting. Therefore, I pride myself on being accessible to my clients via cell phone, email or text. Accommodations are made for those that require phone sessions due to business travel or other scheduling conflicts.
