I work with individuals and families experiencing the range of issues that bring people into therapy: depression, divorce, substance abuse, child behavior problems, relationship issues, adolescent issues, etc.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults; and see individuals, couples, and families. I work with both traditional and non traditional families. But, as a family therapist, regardless of who I am seeing, I am always concerned with the many ways in which our families and our significant relationships impact our lives.
Regardless of what brings someone to counseling, through a collaborative process and an act of self-discovery people can access their strengths and resources to better understand themselves and to reach thoughtful and creative solutions to problematic issues.
