I utilize a variety of interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. In my work with couples, I often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, while my individual work commonly incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
I approach therapy with genuine care, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. My style is compassionate and patient, grounded in the belief that growth and improved quality of life develop through self-reflection, commitment, and time. While the process can be challenging, I believe it is deeply worthwhile.
