In life, there are many things that feel out of our control. The therapeutic process will help you put energy into the things that you can control. This is done by focusing on the counseling relationship, building trust and commitment in the process by being genuine and authentic with clients to help them successfully navigate through challenging situations. In a comfortable and supportive environment, we offer a highly personalized approach made to meet the needs of each individual client and/or family to help them achieve personal growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and an Internationally Credentialed Sandtary Therapist. We have several other clinicians on staff including three art therapists, counselors, and clinical social workers. We work with children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, mental, developmental, and behavioral disorders.
We have a general practice, but we specialize in work with children, adolescents, young adults with a focus on self expression, emotional and self awareness, calming techniques, coping skills, awareness of strengths, adjustment to life changes, crisis prevention and intervention, anxiety, depression, trauma, social skills, and communication skills.
