I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. My approach is to build a healthy rapport with each of my clients by utilizing client-centered that leads to a healthy and fulfilling therapeutic relationship. I frequently use CBT to help clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and other mental health illnesses to improve their functioning and quality of life.
The clients learn different ways to recognize their own distortions in thinking that are causing problems and then reevaluate these thoughts in the light of reality. Clients have the ability to gain a better insight into the behavior and motivation of others. They are encouraged to identify and develop coping mechanisms to cope with their symptoms.
