Hello there, and welcome to My Hope Counseling, LLC a place of hope and healing. Are you feeling anxious and fearful about the future? Do you find it hard to enjoy and live in the present? or sleep? concentrate? You have come to the right place. We will work together to identify your needs and explore the right treatment plan for your goals in therapy. My goal is to offer you the necessary tools to help cope and address anxiety and stress related disorders. In addition, to address and heal from traumatic life events. We will walk together in this journey and increase your overall sense of well-being, peace, and resiliency.
My specialties of practice include treating: anxiety-related disorders, adjustment to life-transitions, trauma, women issues (prenatal, postpartum mood disorders). I use a CBT approach, and can offer Christian faith-based counseling. I can complete immigration evaluations for U-Visa, political asylums, hardships, and VAWA cases.
I'd be happy to speak and conduct a brief phone screen to see if this would be a good fit for you. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and can offer therapy services in either one of these languages.
