Hello there, and welcome to My Hope Counseling, LLC a place of hope and healing. Does any of this resonate with you? You maybe a first generation child to immigrant parents, you have experienced childhood trauma. You are feeling overwhelmed, lost and experiencing changes in current stage of life. Anxiety and trauma- stressor-related disorders are my area of specialty. In addition, I typically see first generation Latinx adults. The sessions and interventions are tailored to meet the needs of my clients. I can also offer Christian counseling. In addition, I can complete immigration evaluations for U-Visa, political asylums, hardships, and VAWA cases.
I'd be happy to speak and conduct a brief phone screen to see if this would be a good fit for you. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and can offer therapy services in either one of these languages.
