Welcome! I am so happy that you are taking the next step to a healthier you. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas and have been providing services for several years now.
My specialty is working with adults to resolve issues with self esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, anger management, and depression. I have worked with young adults in career exploration, self esteem, and grief. I use art therapy and sand tray therapy to help my clients be comfortable in the therapy session and explore what issues are most troublesome
In my counseling sessions, I do my best to make you feel comfortable sharing your story with me. I will work with you to determine which counseling style best fits your needs to encourage healing, understanding, and improve coping skills.
