About

Finding the right therapist is an important step toward healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth. I help clients achieve balance; improve relationships; and live with greater integrity, creativity, and spirit. My clinical approach is devoted to providing holistic treatment that incorporates emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal solutions, tailored to the specific needs of my clients. I will help you identify and work through challenges so that you may find deeper meaning and purpose in your life.
I work with adults on issues related to depression, anxiety, loss, addiction, recovery, and life transitions. I help children and teens cope with problems related to personal identity, self-esteem, family conflict, and setting and achieving goals. And I help couples to improve boundaries, communication, intimacy, and partnership with each other.
I offer a free initial phone consultation, as well as weekday and Saturday appointments. To take this important step, please call or email to schedule your first meeting. Change requires courage and support - let's work on it together.
