As an experienced clinician, she works to help her clients achieve insight, growth, and meaning. In sessions, she takes a holistic approach to tailor therapeutic tools that best support each client’s needs.
My ideal clients are 18 years or older, open-minded, and actively a part of the therapeutic process. They are encouraged to "do some of the work" by using the tools and techniques they are taught in session outside of the session.
I am a very open and authentic clinician. I am willing to use some self-disclosure if it would be therapeutic for the client and let them guide me to the strategies that worked best for them in the past.
