I help clients manage life's daily stressors, change maladaptive behaviors, navigate difficult relationships, tackle distressing thoughts, and better understand themselves. Above all, I strive to make my clients feel comfortable, supported, and respected. My experience ranges from treating individuals with severe mental illness, trauma, anxiety, and depression, to those who have a general dissatisfaction with their life.
My approach is integrated, combining psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic techniques. This blend allows me to understand how your past experiences and relationships shape your present, create change in the here-and-now, and keep your desires at the forefront of treatment. Together, we can work towards enhancing your well-being.
