Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Developmental - Individual Sen Relationship- based, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment and Applied Behavior Analysis are some My overarching focus is the impact of trauma on our development across the life span. Mental health is physical health.
