About
Anxiety, traumatic experiences, developmental concerns and behavioral problems are the focus of my eclectic but person-centered approach which is based on relationships. I have worked with children and parents, children alone, and adults to support their process of becoming more capable of being stable, happy and capable of self-advocacy.
I have a combination of training and experience in behavioral, developmental, neurological and emotional approaches combined with a background in school psychology and education - the "how" we learn behaviors and what maintains them. Human interactions can heal all of us in ways we never imagined. Joy is the most powerful force for change.
Information about how learning occurs, and how emotional problem solving develops can open doors. Your process in therapy is about you and creating new options for your future.
