My therapeutic approach is grounded in my belief that transformation is always possible. I am firm believer that “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am also a Florida Qualified Supervisor and can supervise Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is a modality focused on the treatment of complex trauma and its long-term impact across the lifespan. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
