My name is Noelle, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma therapy. I am also the owner of Resilient Path Trauma Therapy LLC. I work with clients who have experienced trauma and are ready to reclaim their sense of safety, strength, and self-trust. Many of the people I support navigate intrusive thoughts, avoidance of reminders or triggers, hypervigilance, or shifts in mood and thinking—but these experiences do not define them. My role is to provide a supportive, empowering space where you can reconnect with your resilience, rebuild confidence, and move toward the life you deserve.

I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—an evidence-based treatment—to help you identify and shift the thought patterns that keep you feeling “stuck” in the trauma. In our first few sessions, you can expect to be met with compassion, empathy, and respect as we work together to establish meaningful goals that help you reclaim your life.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I focus not only on relieving symptoms, but on helping you reconnect with your sense of safety, strength, and purpose.
