I have extensive experience working w/ children, adolescents, adults, w/ specialization in trauma, depression, (social/) anxiety, autism, life transitions, codependency, self-worth, perfectionism, interpersonal/social skills, leadership skills (EQ), multicultural & family issues. As a highly compassionate & empathic therapist, I am able to provide the space you need to process on a deeper level to cultivate self-awareness so that you can fully understand yourself, experiences, & their implications, w/ development of clarity & insight.
