I often use a person centered, strengths based approach, mindfulness and trauma focused techniques, though my approach varies according to need.
I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and family conflict, as well as survivors of sexual, physical and emotional abuse. I also work with the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent adults.
