I tend to be symptom focused, working on adjusting mindset to improve what is happening with your mental health now.
I have over twenty years experience working with clients to improve their symptoms, taking a person centered approach. I do not believe there is one way to assist every person or family, as we are all unique. I have particular specialty in working with people coping with traumatic experiences and assisting couples.
