About
Noelle is a mental health therapist who provides individual therapy at her practice with Haven. She enjoys helping individuals work through a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, identity formation, disordered eating, body image & physical wellness, grief & loss, and substance use. Noelle has a particular passion in working with student athletes, where she draws from both her mental health training and personal experience as a competitive collegiate athlete.
Noelle views clients through a nervous system lens. She is fully trained in Somatic Integration Processing (SIP) which is a whole brain, whole body case conceptualization model. This model utilizes Polyvagal Theory (PVT), attachment & neurodevelopment, and Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) to better understand individuals' lived experience.
It takes immense courage and strength to work towards self-awareness and navigate life’s struggles. Yet it is a journey that can be so rewarding, and Noelle would be honored to walk alongside as you take a path towards healing and growth. Please reach out if you have any questions or to explore if working with Noelle would be a the best fit for you.
