Are you a couple or woman who works and plays hard and loves to learn? Are you struggling with self-care, relationship problems, trust issues, communication, family of origin issues or rejection? Increasing connection with self/others and self-worth along w/ an understanding of how family and past experiences may impact one's life & relationships are crucial for both development and success. I help clients realize the full potential of their relationships and facilitates change in their inner lives. Clients who work with me can expect to work on creating and maintaining healthy relationships as well as care for themselves.

As a doctoral level clinician, I have been rigorously trained in individual/couple systems and believe it is crucial to target both behaviors/thoughts and values/family of origin issues. I use attachment based therapy to improve relationships. I use EMDR for adults/children who have experienced trauma. I also provide consultation for EMDR & couples therapy.

I appreciate and honor diversity in all aspects and love working with clients from all sorts of bkgds, including those who aren't religious/spiritual. However, I'm open to applying biblical principles in therapy by request. Hours: T-R 10-2. Intensives are Fri & Sat 10-1. I am also a AAMFT Approved Supervisor, provide internship sites, & EMDR Consultation.
