However, nothing makes me more proud than being me, and I want to help you feel better about yourself. My work as a therapist has been guided by fierce passion and compassion. I strongly believe we all have a place in the world, and that we not only fit, but we benefit it with our presence. Safety, empathy, and understanding are values that guide my practice as we work together to heal, grow, and help you understand the world around you.
My experiences include working with depression, anxiety, life transitions and challenges (dating, moving to a new place, starting a new job, starting college, losing a loved one, coping with world events such as the pandemic), identity stressors (culture, gender, sexuality, discrimination), empowerment, trauma healing, and self-acceptance.
