Our mental health can feel like carrying an invisible weight physically and mentally. It can make us beat ourselves up. We become easily irritated, making it hard to take care of ourselves and show up how we want in our lives. Opening up feels like stepping onto fragile ground. But here’s the thing: people crave realness. They want someone to be honest and really listen. You're not alone. I GET it. I understand deeply as someone who identifies with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I specialize in working with clients aged 9 and up, particularly pre-teens and teenagers, with a special focus on gender-diverse youth.
I tailor my approach to different life stages, incorporating play with children, authenticity with teens, and collaboration with adults. I believe the core of therapy lies in the bond between therapist and client. My methods blend EFT, DBT, CBT, Somatic Psychotherapy, and creative interventions, with a focus on social justice and multiculturalism.
