This 4-week evidenced-based practice group will allow your teen to develop mindfulness skills to reduce stress & improve mental health. Your teen will become empowered to take control of their well-being, increase self-esteem, and live life with renewed enthusiasm. This group is for any teen between the ages of 14 - 19, who has an interest in learning how to cope with and manage stress. GROUP IS CLOSED AT THIS TIME.
