I believe that life transitions, especially later in life, can be both meaningful and challenging.
I work with adults who are adjusting to retirement, aging, grief, and shifts in identity, relationships or purpose. Many of my clients are at a point where life feels different than expected, and they are trying to to find their footing again. In addition to my work with adults I support adolescents dealing with a range of problems, emotional regulation, family conflict and school related stress. I provide a safe collaborative environment for teens and their parents.
Having experienced many of life's transitions myself, I understand how change can bring challenge and growth. I aim to offer a steady compassionate presence as clients navigate their own paths.

What is your life like for you today? What are your challenges? What are your joys? When do you feel at your best? What contributes to your wellbeing? This is a group for women approaching 70 and beyond. The topics covered are: work and retirement, living arrangements, ageism, social connections, empty nests, and positive emotions. Off-Screen Squad - Social skills for adolescents
Encourages teens to take a pause from the screen to play and interact with others. Includes equine activity as part of the 6 week group held at the Episcopal Counseling Center in Deland.
