I inspire individuals to create and empower themselves to move past those issues which inhibit growth and self acceptance. I work to instill hope and motivation in adolescents and adults of all ages. I have worked in a variety of settings which include: college, outpatient treatment and equine therapy. I utilize motivational counseling, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, existential and human centered therapy. My experience has been in working with individuals struggling with stress management, depression, trauma, ADHD. PTSD, relationship issues, and grief/loss.
My style of therapy is warm, direct with a little humor. I specialize in reducing and managing anxiety and depression, child/teen behavioral issues, mood disorders, parenting skills, and increasing self esteem.

70 Candles - for those approaching 70 and beyond
What is your life like for you today? What are your challenges? What are your joys? When do you feel at your best? What contributes to your wellbeing? This is a group for women approaching 70 and beyond. The topics covered are: work and retirement, living arrangements, ageism, social connections, empty nests, and positive emotions. This Fall, Noel White will host 70 Candles in Mount Dora, a one hour and a half weekly gathering for women only. Due to Covid restrictions space will be limited.
