Sometimes you need a bit more support from an outside source to see issues through a new lens. I am here to help you do that. We can start by saying that anxiety, substance use, depression, rumination, and approval seeking, are all normal human challenges. Many of these problems surface in early adulthood which is why I specialize in helping people launch into adulthood with better coping skills.
Life Coaching or Counseling with me often focuses on progress in school, employment, legal or financial difficulties, substance abuse, and family dynamics. I believe that with connection, mindfulness, and intention many people find more power within themselves to tackle difficulties. I am here to help you find the skills you didn’t know you already had.
I began working in the field of mental health treatment in 2012 due to my personal experience in addiction and early recovery. I turned to a sober lifestyle at 17 years old, September 2010. I was sober my senior year in high school, and was able to turn my life around to graduate from high school on time, and became involved in the study of psychology.
