Nobile Psychology (NP) is an intimate, down to earth psychotherapy clinic dedicated to thoughtful, compassionate care for all ages. Our focus is individually tailored evidence-based care. Along with a breadth and depth of training in psychopathology, we are committed to staying up to date on the latest research and techniques. We take pride in the collaborative relationship we have with patients, considering the best available treatments, patient needs, and our expertise. Patients can be confident that we have thoroughly examined each therapy treatment; we prioritize fundamental and long-lasting change.
We specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life transitions. We also have a couple’s and family therapy program. Our primary modalities of care are second and third wave behavioral therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT). With our couples and families we employ Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Nobile Psychology provides therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We have regularly scheduled groups including DBT Skills Group, OCD Exposure & Response Prevention Group, and Parenting Support Group (for mothers and fathers with little ones between the ages of 2-5).

This group will utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment. It will focus on triggering anxiety and teaching strategies to support you in resisting engagement in unhealthy/unhelpful behaviors. By intentionally facing things that make you anxious while resisting compulsions, the result is a significant drop in anxiety levels. While purposefully making yourself anxious may sound scary, this treatment is incredibly safe and effective! The group will run for 8-12 weeks with 55 minute sessions Members should expect out-of-office assignments each week for the purposes of habituation and mastery of skills.
