It's hard to get through this life without our fair share of hurts and hang ups. We often find ways to cope that work for a while, but may not be the best for us in the long run. If that sounds like you, I would be honored to work with you to find better solutions, based upon sound psychological research, that can lead to permanent change. While I work with a variety of presenting issues, I specialize in sexual addictions, trauma, relationship issues, and increasing emotional intelligence.
I hold BA in Psychology, a Master's degree in Counseling, and a PhD in Clinical Counseling. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I provide both individual and couples counseling.
