I have treated with children, adolescents, and adults for several years. I have successfully worked with individuals with a variety struggles and traumatic experiences to help them achieve a greater wellbeing and a higher quality of life.
The individuals I have treated have primarily struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression as well as other mental health issues. The interventions that I use include CBT, TF-CBT, and Faith-based therapy. I offer one hour long sessions where clients can openly communicate in a relaxed nonjudgmental setting.
We all have struggles in life, however these do not have to define us. I take great satisfaction in helping client work through difficult situations to achieve a greater sense wellbeing and a higher quality of life.
