I am a Psychodynamic Psychologist and do Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Certified Health Psychology. I have a general Psychotherapy practice with adults and adolescents. I also specialize in Relationship & Marital Therapy. In addition, I specialize in treating individuals with a variety of health conditions and chronic illnesses.
Lastly, I specialize in Hypnotherapy, and I use hypnosis to treat a variety of Psychological symptoms and to help reduce distressing habits. I believe it is important in Psychotherapy to access the unconscious mind though exploration of one's thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors, and through the interpretation of dreams.
