I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that there is rarely one “right” way to live life. Instead, we’ll identify what feels true and meaningful to you, while considering the impact of social expectations, personal boundaries, and other barriers.
In therapy, you’ll be met with curiosity and not judgment. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change, while learning to cope with parts of life that may be outside of your control.
