I am a clinical social worker with an office, easily accessible, in Lebanon, NH. My work is informed by a client centered, strength-based perspective with a trauma focused foundation. My specialty is working with individuals to help them learn to navigate their own internal world and to realize how that can impact their relationships in various areas such as home, school and work.
My first and foremost responsibility is to YOU as we move toward co-creating an effective therapeutic relationship. Through the use of CBT, Mindfulness and other modalities, we will explore your unique set of challenges and find solutions that make sense to you.
I have experience in outreach, case management, and clinical work with a wide variety of clients and am a strong advocate for individuals and families. I have collaborated with multiple state and private agencies, hospitals and the justice system and I am happy to participate in treatment team meetings when complicated cases arise.
