I work with adolescents ages 13+, adults, families, and groups who may be carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or the impact of crisis. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. I help clients slow things down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and build practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create healthier patterns in daily life.
I offer therapy for ages 13+ focused on stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, and crisis recovery. My style is practical and supportive, helping clients identify what feels stuck, strengthen coping skills, and build a clearer path toward stability, confidence, and healing.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you are ready to feel heard, build tools, and take steps toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out.
