Knowing how to best support and show up for your teen can feel overwhelming at times. You love your kid unconditionally, but maybe this all feels new to you and you’re not sure what questions to ask or where to start. Or, maybe you’re a queer parent yourself and are looking for a therapist for your child who you can trust to respect and affirm your family.
My passion is creating a therapeutic space where LGBTQ+ youth feel connected and understood. Sessions with me often focus around building healthy relationships to self and peers, exploring and affirming identity, finding belonging in community, and building self-advocacy and self-care skills.
In addition to my work with LGBTQ+ youth, I also love working with neurodivergent adults.
