Gender identity, sexuality, trauma and intimacy are deeply personal and often complicated parts of the human experience. Whether you're navigating challenges related to identity, desire, connection, or sexual trauma, our work together can help you feel ready to face this chapter of your life—with gentleness, without shame. So often, sexual issues are rooted in deeper emotional wounds or a disconnection from self or others. Together, we can begin to unpack those layers, working at a pace that feels right for you, to foster healing, self-trust, and a more empowered sense of intimacy.
What I see people need most in order to find healing is a space where they feel safe and unjudged. If my job is to help share your story, I would never expect you to do that before you're ready. Healing isn’t something we rush—it’s a process of unfolding. So, we share our time alongside each other until you feel ready to step into the next stage of you.
Over the time I’ve been a counselor, I’ve never met a client who didn’t already know what they needed. What people often need most is clarity—to find their own answers and to begin trusting their internal compass again from the scars we gather. In the process, we sometimes lose sight of our truest selves.
