I specialize in perinatal/reproductive mental health, navigating infertility, transitioning to parenthood, adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, living with a cancer diagnosis or other serious illness, caregiver support, grief/loss, and end of life care.
I have completed extensive training in holistic perinatal care with specialized training in the postpartum period and am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. My many years of working in oncology and palliative care in a hospital-based setting informs my passion for reducing suffering for individuals/caregivers confronting a serious or terminal illness.

I specialize in treating individuals struggling with trauma, identity, and relationship challenges. As an LMFT I also specialize in couples, individual and family therapy. I use a combination of traditional analytic tools, existential psychology, and narrative therapy in order to address the depth of the person, while we work on creating your new story. I also use narrative work to directly treat trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. Together we will manifest the change you desire in yourself and improve the depth and intimacy of your relationships.

For each of us, life is not without change, loss, transition, even trauma, and the emotional difficulties that result. And we heal and transform by way of supportive connection, internally, environmentally, and relationally. I am inspired by the subtle ways in which providing a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental space allows for a client’s inner wisdom, insights, and empowerment to emerge and for life’s transitions to be eased. I work to provide a sanctuary to process, be witnessed in, and build helpful skills for dealing with loss & grief, transition, emotional distress such as anxiety and depression, and trauma.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel what’s been too much to carry, and begin again with more steadiness and clarity.
I work with adult individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, and relational disconnection. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive, creative, or neurodivergent folks who are ready to process what’s been overwhelming and rediscover a sense of safety and connection.

We are in times of change. Why not you too? I am invested in and offer resonant healing where we work towards wholeness together. I am honored to meet you in your pain and in your joy over the magical airwaves of Telehealth! I began my work in mental health in 1999 in a psychiatric facility. Since then, I have worked in various community mental health organizations. I have been working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2009, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. My work focuses on the mind, body and soul through body-based modalities. I use humor and grace frequently ;)

Over the course of my counseling career, I have worked with people who were anxious, depressed, stressed, and simply burned out; I have helped couples who have struggled with communication issues and relationship barriers; I have worked with families regarding parenting, abuse, grief, and death; and I have helped adolescents and adults with career planning, self-esteem building, goal setting, and wellness strategies to cope with major life changes. Clients often come to me feeling stuck or hopeless. Through therapy, they find their voices and begin their journey of change.
