I am a Jungian-oriented therapist specializing in life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the exploration of purpose and meaning. Everything about us is okay, and it is through our most difficult challenges and deepest suffering that growth, healing and transformation ultimately occur. With this in mind, I try and help clients explore the messages in themselves and their life processes that will enable them to bear their difficulties and move forward.

Life can be kind, chaotic, saddening, dark, mesmerizing, or unexpected. All perspectives different for everyone while every year or decade we become a new version of ourselves we try to understand. Sometimes it is hard to do on our own, which is why therapy is a great option to have as support.
My approach to therapy is to help you find movement in the stuck, coping in the intense emotions and stress, and understanding who you are outside of what is or is not benefiting you. It can be learning about who you are and what you want out of this life.

I call my practice Clinical Holistic Inner Awareness Therapy because it integrates mind, body, emotions and spirit into the healing process. This holistic approach combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices with the goal of healing yourself, your relationships, and your life. This therapeutic approach involves becoming aware of the conditioned protective beliefs that are formed by past traumatic events and then reframing them into more accurate, functional beliefs in the present.

I help couples regain love, find shared meaning and improve ability to listen and be heard. Additionally, the transition to parenthood, while longed for, can place huge strains on relationships. Being a parent brings up unresolved feelings of all kinds from one's own childhood that may interfere with being the parent you want to be. I help parents and children feel good about their families. My goal is to help parents find greater competence and confidence to recognize and respond to their children's fundamental needs.

Life can pull us in many directions—away from our bodies, our purpose, our relationships, and the deeper knowing that lives quietly within us. My approach to therapy supports you in returning to yourself: gathering the parts that may have been scattered by trauma, stress, or survival, and gently weaving them back into a felt sense of wholeness. Whether you're moving through anxiety, identity shifts, emotional disconnection, or a deep longing to feel more fully alive, this work invites you back into relationship with your truth, your body, your story, and the wisdom that has always been yours.
