My practice draws strongly on evidence-based, trauma-informed theories in neuroscience and attachment, and

Within a mindfulness-based, cognitive approach, I pace our work to help build greater resilience to meet those places where you feel anxious, confused, sad, angry, disappointed or hopeless. These places need attention, care and support. Together we can unravel difficult thoughts and feelings, generate warmth where there is pain and sorrow, find emotional relief, greater well being and a renewed vitality. I specialize in grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, dissociation and relationship issues.
