I work with individuals and clinicians navigating life transitions, threshold moments, and professional growth. As an emerging coach, I support clients seeking clarity, alignment, and meaning during periods of change, drawing from psychology-informed, spiritual, and nature-based perspectives. I have provided clinical supervision since 2009, supporting pre-licensed and licensed therapists with licensure, consultation, and widening their clinical lens. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support for clients in legal treatment settings, approaching this work with humility, respect, and clear intention.

We have a lot in common. As human beings, we are innately creative, generous, and resilient. But life offers itself to us on its own terms. Change is inherent to our experience. We know this, but when we find ourselves at uncertain junctures – standing between what was and what is yet to be – we can still find ourselves caught in the noise, struggling to make sense of the world around us, and cut off from the embodied wisdom within us.

I have successfully worked with individual adults, adolescents, couples, parents and children in Santa Fe since 1994. I am no longer seeing children and adolescents. I am deeply respectful of people who seek me out. I am a keen listener and creatively solutions-oriented. My priority is to build a safe space to explore moods, feelings, anxieties, worries, thoughts and thought patterns, relationships and relationship patterns and a wide spectrum of traumatic life experiences that leave their mark on us. Things that are initially difficult to talk about air out and resolve in this collaborative space.

Everyone is subject to have problems come up from time to time. Seeking out help is often not easy, and especially from someone you don't know. The fact that you are on this page is a big step to take, and I commend you for that step. If you are currently looking for support for anything from a life transition to something that has been a little more long term, my hope is that you will take the courageous step forward in facing your difficulty. My view on facing hardships in life is that none of us need to do it alone, and the only way over a difficulty is to go through it.

I work with individual adults, both men and women. Clients looking for new discoveries about themselves and seeking tools for change are a sampling of client needs that I work with. Clients will achieve greater clarity, as well as self- acceptance in our work together. I believe that we all have our own "inner healer," and I help individuals find this voice of truth inside themselves. Learning to trust this voice empowers clients to make decisions and choices that are right and true for them. Learning to release old behaviors that no longer serve creates healthy self-worth. I am happy to work by telehealth; location is not an issue.

Recovering from alcohol and drug use can be a challenging journey. You don’t have to face it alone. If you've tried to quit in the past but have been unable to stay clean or sober, I've been there. As your counselor, I’m here to work with you - offering guidance, structure and support as you work toward lasting change. I can say people do recover, that there is hope, and recovery is not only possible, but it's also sustainable over the long term.

Hello. I am a licensed prescribing psychologist for the state of NM. I work with individuals of all ages. It is very important to me to listen closely to my patients and ensure that the decision to prescribe a medication is a mutual one, with minimal side effects. I collaborate closely with each patient's primary care physician. My goal if psychotropic medications are needed, is to prescribe the least amount of medications with the fewest side effects.

Hi, I’m Cat. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults who feel things deeply—highly sensitive people, trauma survivors, and anyone carrying emotional pain that’s hard to put into words. If you often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, like your nervous system is always “on”—you’re not alone. You may be navigating trauma, chronic stress, or just trying to survive in a world that doesn’t always feel safe or supportive for sensitive people. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal.

You are soul tired, tired of waking up every day with a sense of dread, a sense that something is wrong or that you aren’t doing something right. You’re tired of telling everyone your fine when you really feel like you’re on fire. You tell yourself that you aren’t the only one who has experienced loss and you should be grateful for what you have, but it’s hard. You’re tired of wanting to talk about how you feel but you’re still avoiding friends because you’re afraid they will ask. You're wondering if these feelings will ever change. Maybe there is also a part of you that believes change is possible- which is why you’re here.
