I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting - two therapies that help individuals heal from past experiences of trauma. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as other talk therapy approaches to help individuals in their healing journey. To support couples, I practice Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Couples and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) approaches.
