I have worked with a diverse group of clients to aid in managing ADHD, anxiety, transitions and adjustments (veterans, military spouses, aging, life stages), emotional regulation, and building healthy communication skills. I offer a more directive approach to therapy and help build trust and rapport within the therapeutic relationship. I work with adults to build coping skills, regulation skills, and to develop an understanding of themselves to make healthier choices moving forward. I understand that therapy can be intimidating and I aim to help ease that discomfort within the therapeutic space to ensure progress can be made.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and military veteran, my focus is to serve other military veterans and their families. Although serving the military community is my primary focus, I am certainly open and available to others seeking guidance and support. Whether you are dealing with the stress of a recent deployment, transitioning out of the military, having separation anxiety, communication/relationship issues, or dealing with PTSD, there is no need to navigate these life struggles on your own. I have been a licensed social worker since July 2017, but I have been helping New Mexico military families, Veterans, aging population and the homeless for over 12 years. As a military veteran, I understand the struggles with adapting to civilian life, and have experience working with substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and coping with stress. I love working with tweens and teens and I have experience with couples and family therapy.
